Not only do we focus on these subdivisions looking attractive to prospective homeowners and current residents, we also ensure the underground utilities are safe and functional for neighborhood residents for years to come. Recently, we worked with [Pulte Homes](https://www.pulte.com/build) to build a subdivision in the Columbus, Ohio, area, and have selected this project to highlight as our latest **Project of the Month**. ## The Pulte Homes![pulte homes project of the month](https://blog.parkenterpriseconstruction.com/hubfs/pulte-homes-1.svg) [Pulte](https://www.pulte.com/) is proud to bring 65 years of experience in home building to every project it completes. The company stands behind its quality so much that it offers a 10-year limited structural warranty -- proving it has a commitment to building safe and reliable homes for families. ## Heathers at Golf Village North We had the honor of working with Pulte throughout the building of its new subdivision, [Heathers at Golf Village North](https://www.pulte.com/homes/ohio/the-columbus-area/powell/heathers-at-golf-village-north-209638). This subdivision is located in Powell, Ohio. This subdivision is a part of Powell’s larger Golf Village community. It boasts not only a variety of uniquely designed homes, but also a playground, an open green space with a gazebo, and park benches throughout. There is also a walking path that connects the neighborhood to local schools. There are several homes available within the subdivision. You can browse the homes and the details of the neighborhood [on the Pulte website](https://www.pulte.com/homes/ohio/the-columbus-area/powell/heathers-at-golf-village-north-209638). Our contribution to the project included work on: - Sanitary sewers - Storm sewers - Water lines - Earth work As always, we are proud and excited to help be a part of creating a safe and functional subdivision that will house happy families and better the community. ## Other Notable Pulte Projects: Not only did we work with Pulte to create the Heathers at Golf Village North subdivision, but we are currently working with the company to create the [Autumn Rose Woods](https://www.pulte.com/homes/ohio/the-columbus-area/dublin/autumn-rose-woods-210125) (Section 1) subdivision in Dublin, Ohio. This project included sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water line, and earth work -- as well as widening Hyland-Croy Road. Additionally, we installed sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water line in the last 7 sections of the [Woods at Mill Valley](https://www.pulte.com/homes/ohio/the-columbus-area/marysville/mill-valley-north-209436)Subdivision in Marysville, Ohio. These projects with Pulte Group have helped us achieve our goal of bringing safe and beautiful housing to the Ohio area, and we are happy to have worked on them. ## Do You Have Our Next Project of the Month?
